Valencia Basket has reached an agreement with American shooting guard Armoni Brooks (1.94m, Waco, Texas, USA, June 5, 1998) to join our men's team for the 2026-27 season on loan from LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne. After spending the last two seasons with EA7 Emporio Armani Olimpia Milan, Brooks signed with the French club this summer and will play his first season on loan with Valencia Basket.

Brooks brings EuroLeague experience after competing in Europe's premier club competition with EA7 Emporio Armani Olimpia Milan over the past two seasons. During the 2025-26 campaign, he established himself as one of the league's elite perimeter shooters, ranking third in the EuroLeague in three-pointers made per game with 2.7. He averaged 13.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game while shooting an outstanding 41.6% from beyond the arc.

His outstanding form carried over to the Italian League, where he emerged as the competition's top individual performer and played a pivotal role in Olimpia Milan's domestic treble. Brooks was named Italian Cup MVP after averaging 19.7 points per game while knocking down four three-pointers per contest at an impressive 57.1% clip. He was also selected to the Italian League's All-First Team, named the Lega Basket Serie A Regular Season MVP after averaging 15.9 points per game with 2.7 three-pointers on 37.7% shooting, and crowned Italian League Finals MVP after posting 15.5 points per game across the four-game championship series while converting 3.75 three-pointers per game at an outstanding 51.7%.

Throughout the season, Brooks delivered several memorable long-range shooting displays, including a spectacular 7-of-13 performance from three-point range in Game 3 of the quarterfinal series against Reggio Emilia or 8-of-14 in the Euroleague win against Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens
